WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Rates are dependent upon the needs and goals of your business. Therefore, I begin with a complimentary consultation to determine the best course of action and provide you with a customized plan and rate. Upon agreeing to hire me, I will send you a contract to finalize the agreement.
How much will the client be involved in the Instagram content creation process?
The strategy for success on Instagram is being authentic, and sharing as much of yourself as possible. It’s my mission to help you do that. There are three main touchpoints where you’ll be involved throughout the content creation process:
1) Strategy Meeting - a one hour call each month where we’ll discuss your goals and ideals
2) Calendar Review - you’ll get a chance to provide feedback on the content plan before I dive into creating it and send any contributions I need from you to start creating
3) Final Review - you’ll have a chance to provide last-minute feedback on the finalized content before it gets published.
Can you help me get 10,000 followers by the end of the month?
The short answer? No.
The long answer? Real, organic growth takes time. I like to focus on more important indicators of success than follower count. Community engagement and sales conversions are the priority when I design your content strategy. When you work with me, you’re buying a content package that’s designed to represent your brand well and reach your goals.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Work-life balance is so important, especially for creatives. My regular schedule is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET on weekdays and I will reply to your emails within that time frame as promptly as possible. The preferred method of communication is via email or phone call. Unfortunately, I’m not able to field client requests via text or Instagram DM so please be sure to email me if you have any questions.
